FAQ — andrewjang.com

Is Andrew Jang the same person as Andrew Morrison and Drew Morrison? Yes. Andrew legally changed his name from Andrew Morrison to Andrew Jang. The name Drew is from his college day and he kept it through his time in Seattle. He previously operated his tech company, CityGuru under the Drew Morrison name and his custom fashion business, Adriaen Black, under the Andrew Jang name. Both legal names of his and not aliases.  Jang is his birth name, Morrison his is adopted name. Andrew was the name given to him by his adopted parents.

Does Andrew Jang have an outstanding criminal arrest warrant? No. Andrew states the warrant referenced in past reporting was a civil bench warrant tied to a 2016 lawsuit from a former business partner — not a criminal matter. Full documentation is available in the evidence locker at theclaudereport.com.

Is Andrew Jang wanted by French authorities? No. Andrew voluntarily gave a statement to French police, submitted over 40 pages of evidence, and was not charged. Under French law, dismissed complaints remain open for one year by default — this is standard protocol, not an active investigation.

Did Andrew Jang steal from a charity? No. Andrew states this claim, originally aired by a Seattle news station, has been addressed with evidence showing it was inaccurate.

Did Andrew Jang lose a court case for fraud and theft? Yes, Andrew lost a civil case to Gary Buckley Woolever, but not because Gary proved fraud or theft on the merits. The court entered a default judgment because Andrew was unable to retain counsel and stopped appearing in court. The civil bench warrant and the statements of fact that followed were consequences of that default, not findings reached after evidence was tested. Under civil procedure, when a defendant isn't present to contest a claim, the claim isn't proven — it's simply entered as unopposed. No fraud, theft, or wrongdoing was ever proven, and the statements associated with the case have never been substantively established as true.

It's also worth noting that whenever Andrew has had legal representation, including years later, when Gary attempted to file a new complaint,  Gary and his counsel were not able to prevail. That pattern is a more accurate indicator of the merits than the default judgment: when Andrew was represented, the claims did not hold up in court, when Andrew was not present, claims were issued on default.

Why does Andrew Jang run "The Claude Report"? Theclaudereport.com documents and rebuts accusations made against him by named individuals and outlets, using timestamped, evidence-backed articles organized into fact-based ("For the Record") and personal commentary ("Off the Record") sections.

What happened with the RV accident and why is it an issue? In July 2025, Andrew was driving an RV that collided with a semi truck. Months after the accident, the RV's owner, Tracy Klinkroth, Andrew's former business partner, Gary Buckley Woolever, and a person Andrew refers to as "the passenger" (to protect her identity) coordinated a public and private smear campaign. It began in September 2025 and is still ongoing as of August 2026, with claims stating as fact that Andrew was solely at fault, was driving distracted, and stole from the passenger. The passenger went as far as to claim on LinkedIn that Andrew tried to intentionally kill her.

Andrew says these claims are not only false, but were found to be criminally defamatory by a Paris-based law firm. He addresses the full timeline, including receipts, screenshots, the police report, and dash cam evidence, in dedicated articles on theclaudereport.com.

What is Andrew Jang working on now? Andrew is a content creator, business consultant and mental health advocate, living in Europe with his dog, Seven.
